General Air Service

Not professional or even competent. Would not use. I hired them to replace the ductwork. I had already dropped most of the ceiling for plumbing replacement. They did their installation but did not complete the job and lied about it. My contractor discovered this when he went to re drywall the ceiling. Proposed that I needed to drop more ceiling to actually do the job that they had told me that was done. I had to have someone else finish the job. (This was completed without having to drop the ceiling. by Knoxville Plumbing and Restoration - thank you Josh) I think the father that owned the business was a good guy. His son who is running it now, not so much. The ductwork that they did install was fine. I have pictures of all of this. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Unbelievable lack of service after the sale. Minor warranty issue trying to get resolved for over a month.

Doug and his team were very responsive to my needs, especially during a really busy time at the start of summer. Excellent communication with both Doug and his field technicians.
