I appreciated the company delivering a walker to me while I was hospitalized that I could have upon my release to go home. I thought the gentleman whom delivered the walker was very nice.
My poor rating is because of the bill department in Florida. I paid my insurance co-pay amount that was due the day the walker was delivered. Since that day I have been harassed from the billing department by receiving lots of texts and billing statements that indicate the co-pay has not been paid. I tried contacting the billing department and I was told the co-pay had not been paid. I have contacted the local Rotect office in Knoxville, TN multiple times to assist me with this matter. Each time I have been assured the payments have been paid and that they will notify the billing office. However, I continue to be harassed by the billing company!
I will never use or recommend this company for service. As I have just discovered I actually have ended up paying the co-pay due twice because of all the notices that I received!
