Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Sorry excuse for a business. The franchise would be so upset if they only knew. Windows were so dirty (I can only imagine what the back of house looks like that no one can see). Hot fudge was out for an hour according to the employee. Bathrooms had no paper towel and they have none in stock. I wonder how employees are washing their hands. The walls were pretty rough. It looked like they had been taped and mudded by an amateur. And there were several holes and random hooks in the wall. The owner needs to get a grip of the business and take some pride in their company. Completely unacceptable.

I went to the location on Northshore to get Veterans day free 6oz offered on web site. After patiently showing the staff the news sentinel and menchies web sites, They doubted the validity. I was told, let me call the other location. At this point i was embarrassed by having to show them their offer and not being given the yogurt. Sad that the staff is not trained, educated, or no respect.

Really liked it here, had all the usual available toppings and was very clean. If you've never had frozen yogurt from here they charge by weight. They usually have around eight flavors like chocolate, caramel, coconut, peanut butter, green apple, strawberry, then a couple of specially flavors. Then a vast array of candy toppings, syrups, and sprinkles.
