They ran me around until the day before move in, promised me a short term lease and day before handed me a one year lease and raised the price. At this point I had no choice to sign bc I needed a place to live and no one had availability. We got here for move in and the apartment was not ready for 5days which led me and my family no place to stay. Since move in I have had nothing but issues, it is always something. I pay way over what I should be paying and can’t even get things fixed. They do not care and you will get an attitude for even having an issue you didn’t cause, that’s even if they reply to your issues. Save your time and money and do NOT move into this dump. They will tell you things and not follow through.

I have been in my apartment going on 4 years. Michelle was a wonderful manager! Was very unhappy to see her leave, however not only are the new owners greedy, but they don't want to fix anything. Not only am I worried about if I am going to have a home but I am worried about maintenance and the owners coming into my property unannounced.

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. Classic Properties is the 3rd owner since I have been here. The manager, Michelle is Awesome! But the new owners are very uncaring and greedy. They have everyone in the complex worried about the security of their homes!
