Only reviewing now because his office keeps sending me stuff and I read a review similar to mine. TLDR this dude has a short temper and will eventually snap at you. I recall waiting 45 min between the nurse seeing me and getting the courage to venture out to get the Wi-Fi password because I was bored and I didn?t have good service. I saw Robert surfing Adele concert tickets. I wasn?t even mad but I did ask him if he knew the Wi-Fi password. He then confused me for an IT guy, got mad at me when he found out I was a patient, and then proceeded to scream at me and accuse me of being a drug addict and forced me to take a blood test (clean :)). His rationale was that I had refused during previous visits which was actually me politely declining because I dont like extra medical expenses WHICH WAS NEVER A PROBLEM BEFORE. When he came in I tried to explain you can?t talk to people like that but he refused any apology, got more irrate, and I left after a short screaming match. Literally didn?t go to the doctor for years after seeing this man. I would give negative stars if I could. I hope it was just a bad day but it honestly felt like unstable and irratic behavior. Hope he sold his tickets

Had a great experience here. There is a bit of a wait but thats because he listens to all your problems and explains things in normal terms when youre in the exam room. If youre looking for a quick in and out go to a walk in clinic. Definitely my familys new primary care provider. Thank you for all your help!

I have to say I am greatly disappointed in this practice. We have been patients for about 2 years and my entire family has been going here. Let me say, at first, we put up with the long waits (sometimes over an hour in the office followed by an hour in the room) because Nurse Practitioner Martin appeared very thorough. Although, I have to say, after the last visit we can no longer support this practice. First, for some reason his prescription of Celecoxib (a basic anti inflammatory) didn't register and I called him that week. He never returned my call or processed it, I have since called 3 more times but it has been 5 months now. I was taking my wife's which did go through because I was prescribed it in his office. Never once did he call back or return as message until the last time I called. He said it had been so long I needed to come in for another appointment! Even though they have records of me calling that week, they refused to prescribe it due to the duration. Not only have I called 4x and waited on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, but I am expected to go back in his office and wait who knows how long (only once has it been under 1.5 hours total) to be seen to be prescribed something I was already prescribed. On top of this, he prescribed me anti-psychotics for "trouble going to sleep on occasion" and I had asked him to please prescribe something less powerful, as there were a ton of side effects. He never responded to this request either. Nurse Practitioner Martin has major issues with efficiency seeing patients, as if that isn't bad enough, he won't return calls or get back to you when there are issues with prescriptions. It appears all NP Martin cares about is getting that visit logged so he can get paid. Completely unethical in my opinion. I would rather go through the hassle of moving my entire family to a more reputable, punctual, and ethical practice than deal with this place again. Our very first appointment I was about to walk out because of the hour plus wait, and it was the biggest regret I have, I should have trusted my gut!
