Wakefield & Associates - Eastern Division

These people are terrible. They work with the for-profit Ballad Health. They are all for taking your money away and take you to court if you don't. Wakefield and Associates need be taken to court themselves for screwing working people over. They are rude on the phone. One day they will not have this power to sue people. Capitalism is to blame.

If they are bothering you and you inform them you are at work, make sure to tell them a time to call before you hang up or they will harass you shamelessly

I have called for days and no one answers the phone. You will be on the phone and it hangs up automatically. I have paid my payment on time every month for several years and last month this lady got my card information then told me her computer was down and couldnt give the the confirmation number. But it was paid. Then she told me that the computer was taking ppls money twice. Im getting so angry to why I couldnt get my number and was ask to call back and get it no one answers the phone. Havent in days.. whats going on..

An account was accidentally sent to Wakefield. I spoke to someone one time, settled the account only to get another bill and now they don't answer, leave a voice mail they don't call back. For 2 weeks I've tried to speak with someone in the Knoxville office. Tried calling headquarters in Aurora CO same thing no answer no call back. I have legal counsel just waiting to see if this shows on my credit, they will not be happy at all.

We found an entry from this company through credit report but never be able to get in touch with them at all. I will report this company by file a complaint to Secretary of State
