What has happened to Pilot Flying J. These truck stops are steady going downhill fast coast to coast. Rude employees stores in all areas are becoming more dirty and unkept, running out of products and supplies. The fast food restaurants are now constantly running out of products.I now only stop for fuel and shower because my company mandates we fuel here. Everything else I go to Loves for now. It's a shame to let these stops fall the way they are. This is where truck drivers are supposed to stop to rest and relax. I dont even want to go inside most of your stores any more.

Never have I been treated like I am treated from an employee of yours in Evansdale. Glares, no speaking unless her tone is rude. I live there and will stop frequently going to your store unless this changes. I don't know her name, she is young, and African American. There is no reason for her behavior as I have been a cashier and am always polite to then in any store I go.

I received this card over a month ago, trying to load it to receive my rewards points.I haven't been able to call the Co. or access the app. Seem to be trouble on the phone line and with the app. Asking employees in verious stores , all l keep getting is," Keep calling the number on back of the card". To no avail.
