Bought a pre-paid 1 year Unlimited subscription over 2 years ago. Today, they decided to convert that to a monthly subscription and managed to charge me even tho my account says I don't have any credit cards on file. I assume they stashed my card info from a previous purchase and used it without my authorization. What scumbags.
