These folks are dependable with the right equipment for the job. I have rented equipment multiple times and the equipment has always been great. The staff is very helpful and willing to help out when I was in a pinch.

These guys were the absolute best. We rented a 20' deck over to move an extra large SUV from Ohio to TN. We picked the trailer up and got 20 minutes from our destination (7 hours up I75) and the wheel bearing on the trailer locked up. We made a phone call to where we picked the trailer up and they called us right back to tell us they had someone coming to our location with a whole new trailer for us to use. They didn't charge us for being  a few minutes late this morning and all around they were a great set of guys who helped us out in a pinch. I will definitely be using these guys for any rental equipment, big or small, in the future.

I have used several rental companies in Knoxville, Franklin Equipment is by far the best!!! Great customer service, Great prices, And best quality equipment on the market. I will never use anyone else!!
