These people are a joke. Unprofessional and only want your rent. They are rodent infested. They won't fix anything the first time & raise the rent because they need to come out multiple times. I have never seen a more Unprofessional group that runs so many properties & yet can't do regular thing's around the place to fix them. They didn't fix my hot water heater & kept saying that I was doing something to it. They installed it improperly & not up to code yet they claim they are licensed plumbers. They will evict you if you tell them they are wrong & they are clearly in the wrong. They act like they are doing you a favor when they actually do come out. They don't keep the place up. It is run down everyone's AC units freeze up. Stay far away from these Slumlords. They have no clue about the laws or service animal's. They put down poison for the rodents instead of hiring a professional. Anything to cut corners but putting my service animal at risk. They are very ignorant & it shows. They don't clean before you move in & when you question it they act like you are insulting them.

Lived in their townhouse for >4 years. Overall experience is very good. Lease term and rental rate are unbeatable. They did the necessary maintenance. It could be better if they had done a renovation before moving-in. Pest-control can be another problem, but I believe it is quite typical for townhouses since the entrances are very close to the lawn. So, please remember to use the bug baits and lures. Moving-out was very smooth. Got my deposit back pretty quickly. Satisfied.

Wonderful area, close to pretty much anything you can think of.. we have only lived here a year and are moving out to move closer to family and a job change... but the office management, the maintenance team, and the people are wonderful... peaceful living experience and I'd stay if I had the same job close to here... thanks for the wonderful opportunity eaglebrook properties!

We loved living in this neighborhood. It is family friendly and everyone in the office is super nice. They bend over backwards for you. If you need anything they are right there for you. They even welcomed our baby 👶 with a precious gift. I love how much space we had in our home and and if you looking for a place for your family this is for sure the place. Latasha Wirtz

They are roach and rat infested apartments they need to be remodeled! Management is not friendly. They take forever on fixing things. I had a leak in the inside of the apartment took the three weeks to fix it!
