They make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to pay your bill. Probably because they charge interest and want you to not be able to pay it. They say they offer the ability to make payments or set up a payment plan online however when I attempted to register I was told a username had already been created for my account. When I entered the user name I was told it didn't exist and I needed to contact customer service to set up a payment plan. I tried to call multiple times and was on hold for at least 45 minutes each time. Their wait message says you have the option of "pressing 2 to leave a message" but that's a lie. If you press 2 you will just stay on hold. IF someone answers they immediately put you back on hold. Its absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
