We have enjoyed all of our Mountain Sea stays at both the Guest House and Honeybee, and already look forward to visiting again. Guest House was perfect for us and our 2 young kids at the time; this home was cozy and peaceful and not too far of a drive back into the busier side of town. The proximity to the Compass Harbor Trail is one of the best perks over here! Honeybee fit our extended family very well, and being so close to Hannaford (and especially Jordan's!) was great. The homes are so well-stocked for those days you'd prefer to cook on your own, and are very clean & comfortable! Jen is so kind, helpful and always responsive. We have appreciated all of her help since our first rental back in 2009, and Mountain Sea will always be our first choice when we are ready to visit Bar Harbor/Acadia once again!

Mountain Sea Properties takes vacation rentals to the next level. The owner truly understands her customers and her community. The properties are amazingly well cared for and the extra touches they offer make them a cut above the rest. With MTN Sea Properties, you don't just go on vacation, but support and join a community.

Immaculate homes with personal service. The owner is wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and very responsive. Definitely ask her about guided hikes and other ways to make your trip unique!

We were booked to spend part of our family’s Summer vacation at Mountain Sea Properties’ rental in Bar Harbor, Maine. From the time we booked, the communication with Jennifer was great. Unfortunately, COVID-19 scuttled our plans. Jennifer was as gracious and accommodating in working with us when we had to cancel as she was when we booked. We will definitely be staying with Mountain Sea Properties when we are able to reschedule our trip.
