All Vol Cleaning

Wow! Absolutely fantastic company and service. I wish I could describe how gross our house was after months of neglect and bad renters, but you’d have to see it to believe it. Bugs everywhere, rotting food, disgusting bathrooms, etc. I reached out to All Vol on a Friday at 5pm - Kristian got back to me within an hour while on vacation! I explained our situation and she was able to have 2 cleaners here by noon the next day! They were incredible. So thorough, meticulous, and very friendly. They were extremely respectful of all the family antiques we have in the house. They frequently communicated with me with any questions or for instructions. Kristian checked in and was able to help me navigate adding some more services to our cleaning. They truly did not stop until the job was finished. All I can say is I am beyond thrilled with this company and will be using them regularly. 10/10!!! We are so appreciative to you all for making our house gorgeous!!! Services: Cleaning, Deep clean

Kristian was a very hard worker. Deep cleaning. Walls to flooring. Hired for regular work monthly it went so well. It was an extreme circumstance and help was needed. Very prompt return and set up the next week.

I was disappointed with thoroughness of All Vol Cleaning company, after stating she was done doing a "deep clean" of my house I looked around and found everything from an almond and piece of an onion skin on the ground (I have a 2 year old), hair still on a sink, and construction debris still in a windowsill. Upon asking her to re-sweep the kitchen she explained that she didn't sweep first just mopped which i guess would be fine except my floors were still dirty. After pointing out the dirt, she did clean it up. In the end she left my house cleaner than it was before she arrived, but it was not done to my satisfaction and I will not be using this company again.

I must say this is the most unprofessional “business” I have ever brought into my home, I was not satisfied upon meeting the owner who was in a low cut blouse or the comments made to my husband when I was out of the room to grab us tea... needless to say, we declined the cleaning because of the lack of professionalism and modestly it takes to be a business owner..
