        Went in today 03/19/24 Should get new staff besides the girl with the glasses that worked. She was the only respectful one. When a customer is curious and giving a suggestion for your printers only printing one at a time- and how thst can be a big inconvenience when u have to do the entire thing yourself now. I stated they should mention that to someone because they could lose a lot of business due to the hassle. But the boy, I've dealt with before has no manners and never seems to care about anything but what he needs to do. Won't be coming back and will continue to use UPS

        Zero customer service. Came into store to seek advice on a printer with a budget of $1k with zero interest from sales reps to even walk over to the printer section to accommodate. Going elsewhere.
