        I used to love to go to Kohls because anytime I went as a card holder. I would receive at minimum 15% off as they usually had a promotion going or I would be able to earn kohls cash or use kohls cash however this last time that I went, they neither had a sale nor could you use or earn Kohls cash and it was on purpose because now they only allow you to earn it on particular division such as housewares or clothing and only at certain times- the clothing I felt was the same medium quality and I was paying more for it for example a childs T-shirt just above Walmart standards was 12.99 when before it may have been 9.99 Plus, I could NOT get overall 15% .I wont be going there as frequently as I used to as they arent as good to their customers. I expected to spend a couple hundred dollars, but it was nearly 350 so I had to put a lot of things back
