Im not sure of the guys name that we had talked to and planned to meet but when he said he would meet us at the jail at 7:00 pm, we called to see if he was already there cause we were running 10 minutes behind but had text him to let him know, he Said he was running behind and was on the way from kingsport (meeting at Blountville jail) and he never showed up or called, we waited for 2 hours, and when we called him, he didn't answer the phone. And still never heard anything from him. I don't know what the deal was, I mean the reviews on this place were really good, but we had a completely opposite experience.
