Pizza Hut

At 8:04pm, I ordered on-line for delivery to the hotel I'm staying at. I receive a confirmation that the pizza would be delivered in 33 min. I received a phone call with a voicemail that said, I can't hear you. I tried calling the store 3xs.... 1st chose #3 for questions about my order... Ring ring.. busy signal. 2nd time spoke with a very polite young lady. She transferred me to a manager. Ring ring...busy signal. Now, 45 min later, I return a call again. Another, polite young lady listened to my "rant". Informed me my pizza isn't scheduled to be delivered for another 16 min. Transferred me again to manager... Ring ring... Busy signal... A manager needs to be available to speak to their customers. I WILL NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR PIZZA HUT AGAIN. UPDATE.... ITS NOW 1 1/2 HRS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER. Called again, again transferred me and again it just rings and then a busy signal. How is this business staying open?

Ran very poorly. Three times in a row we have ordered delivery and not gotten our pizza in over 2 hrs then the manager wants to argue. She even went as far as saying the only driver she has is mentally slow. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because you have to give at least one

Even tho they were "very" shorthanded, the service was great!

Always chaos in this restaurant with the staff. And you can BET you will wait over an hour for food. We gotta stop coming here.....
