One of the best places for a lunch sushi special in town. 2 rolls for around 6-7 or 3 for under 10! Always tastes fresh with a huge selection.

The sushi was very disappointing. The flavor was bland, and the rice was dry. The fish tasted low quality. I just can't see how a restaurant who's menu is 60% sushi can do it so poorly! We only ordered 3 rolls and it took 50 minutes before we were served. On the other hand, the hot miso soup and tofu appetizers were pretty tasty.

Do not eat here. My party of two friends and I ordered about $100 of sushi at Osaka tonight. The sushi chefs served me four of my 22 pieces and served my friends all of their sushi. My friends finished their meal. Long after they had finished, the rest of my meal was served. I reported the issue to the manager, explaining that restaurant meals are served to an entire party at once. She said, "I so sorry." I requested reimbursement. She refused. I offered her the chance to do anything before I posted this review. She declined. Unless you want to risk the chance of getting your meal served to different people in your party sequentially, a half hour apart--and unless you want a manager who gives no concern to making any issue right if there happens to be a problem--avoid Osaka. They don't care in the slightest about your pleasure as a customer, just about the one-time profit. As an aside, check the age of the many good reviews. I understand that this restaurant recently changed ownership. Don't trust the old reviews to be accurate any more.

Me and my friend both got food poisoning. Will not go back. Food was also bland.

They served me chicken that was obviously left out during the recent power outages. I called and told the guy who answered who then passed the phone to a woman. She feigned ignorance and said she would check with the chef. I refused to eat anything from any place that would do such a thing.
