        Rude. Threatening. Cant keep a story straight. Tried to tell my fiance shes behind on payments for two months now when I have the bank statements to prove thats not true. So they are also cons. Kathy, the supervisors at Johnson City location has no customer service skills and should probably be working in a different field. Got the loan for a brand new couch we financed and I will make sure we NEVER go through them again for any needs. Go to Cash Express if you need a flex loan of any sort. WAY more professional, customer oriented and honest. Avoid the disrespect and headache at all costs from Superior Financial!!!!!
