Like the staff and level of care however they are not in network with Cigna Dental plans and will charge the full amount of the difference between out of network reimbursement and their full fees. Had to leave to go to another periodontist.

I was searching for a Periodontist and truly happy that I found Shelby Periodontics. Lisa was amazing! She was very helpful. The procedure was easier than I expected. I waited too long to go to see a periodontist. If I could give any advice, go sooner than later. You will be happy that you did.

Several trips to his office,we discovered the wrong records were in use. His response,well I fired the fat girl,but don't worry about it,my hands are safe. When the procedure was taking place, I awoke to the ambulance and again his response, I saved your life,you should thank me! HIPPA violations, but he's a good ol boy,so no one cares! Question is,Do YOU care??? Ask yourself,is your mouth safe,by trusting him??

In 2019 I had a dentist who did a terrible job on my root canal. The root canal failed and unfortunately couldn't be saved with retreatment. I was told that I had to lose the tooth. Since the day I heard that I've been terrified about having it done and also wondering if I needed an implant or if I would feel okay without the tooth. Shelby Periodontics was able to get me in quickly. The office is lovely, the staff is very friendly, and Dr. Shelby is kind and caring. Really everyone there is great. I felt like no one minded my questions, or nerves, and they wanted to help.
