My youngest son has been going here for quite some time, and we absolutely LOVE the staff, nurses and Doctors! They always make sure that your child is extremely comfortable, and they really take their time to explain everything that they are going to do, as well as what to expect, to both the child and parents! They welcome any and all questions and concerns, never make you feel rushed, and always allow you to call them with any questions you think of after your appointment! I also love that they always call to follow up after any tests and allow you to ask anything about testing, procedures, what's next, as well as address any concerns you may have. They listen, and they truly care about your child and making sure that they are always comfortable and well cared for!

We had an appointment at 11:30 arrived at 11:25 called the office couldn't get anyone to answer ended up in the wrong office got sent to the right office she left me standing there for 15 minutes just to be rude and say that they would need to reschedule that my daughter couldn't be seen after I drove an hour and a half worst doctor's office it was Dr Cruz who she was supposed to see the office manager was very rude she's the one who left me standing for 15 minutes while she was on the phone to tell me that I was late an automated call is all I received that said appointment reminder for 11:30 she says they called and said I should have been here at 11:00 which I never received that call will not be coming back don't recommend this doctor's office

After waiting a couple of months for an appointment for my 12 year old son to finally be seen , my wife drives all the way from Kingsport only to be told that he cant be seen because she had to also bring his little 5 year old brother along with them due to not having anyone to watch him ... They told her only the parent and the patient were the only ones allowed to be there ... They didnt mention this when they called to verify the appointment & it didnt state this on any paperwork .... There will be a formal complaint filed with the state board in Nashville to investigate ... My 12 year old son is sick and needs treatment and medical attention ... Now due to their BS and their scheduling his appointment another month out , he has to suffer more ... Im not happy at all.

Dr.Los is great with kids..he talks to them at their level of understanding & listens to them..my daughter loves him to death..says he's fun & funny
