Worst customer service, never calls you back then when you call they dont answer. They messed up on of our countertops offered themselves to order another one. Keep being told it will arrive next week for the past 2 months. The guy was rude to my mother when she asked where the counter top that we were promised was. Still havnt received it!

We recently replaced old tile countertops in our farmhouse. We chose a LivingStone pattern that looks exactly like old marble. Mike knew exactly what would be perfect for our house. It looks incredible! Mike did a fabulous job with the installation and his workmanshipis excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I recently retired from a home improvement company. East Tennessee Caseworks, Mike and Ginger, furnished numerous custom made countertops and accessories for our customers. Every purchase we made was exact to our customers specifications. I have personally bought countertops for my kitchens from Mike and Ginger. I was standing in our kitchen this morning admiring how beautiful our tops continue to be after seven years of daily use.
