Brown's Florist

Received flowers for my birthday. Worst flowers ever. I can't call them an arrangement, merely placed sporadically in a vase. They died within two days of receiving them. They were very over priced. I recently purchased beautiful flowers from Rainbow's End Floral in Kingsport TN that last for weeks.

My florist here in MI did a wire order to Brown's for our daughters 30th birthday, they had even called there before placing order to make sure they had what I wanted in the arrangment....Brown's faxed back confirmation of the order.....but then when they made up the arrangment did NOT do as I nor my florist had asked! Left out the mini carnations & the babys breath.....I was totally disappointed, especially for spending over $70 for the order!! My florist tried to deal with them politely asking about splitting the 20% refund that my florist had offered me.....no way would Brown's share in the refund!! Their response was "absolutely NOT, we did our job!" I would NEVER do business with them & suggest you never do!!
