My oven went out on my Jen air stove, called Rays Appliances and he came out and said it needed a new board and charged me $160.00 to ordered it He never came back after call after call and no return. He finally blocked my call so he scammed to for the $160.00. DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE IS A SCAM GUY.

Omg. I just read all of these reviews. He is a total scam artist. We paid him $240 to fix a drier. It worked once and stopped. For three days he said he would be right over but I soon realized he was never coming. I didn’t think there were service men like this still out there. Do NOT call this POS!!!

The negative reviews your reading are true. This guy is a joke! When Amazon let me down with a lost dryer part I call this place for service. Big mistake! “Ray” gave me a time he would be at my house. 2 hours after that time he’s a no show. I call....he’s on the way. A hour later he shows up with some poor sap he’s training. He tells me he doesn’t have the part and is running to the shop to get one. 2 hours later and he hadn’t returned. I call and he hangs up me. Needless to say I left him a “nice” message telling him not to come back. Please people, don’t waste your time with this idiot.

Total scam artist! After 4 trips here and $345, still didn't get my ice maker working. The last thing he did was put in a "temporary" one until the correct one came in. He never came back and never responded to any more texts or calls. I finally had to pay $390 for a legit repairman. I could have almost bought a new refrigerator for the total I had to pay! DO NOT use Ray's Appliance in Goodlettsville. He is a conman and has scammed us and wasted DAYS of our time waiting for him to show up with zero communication. He came out to fix our dishwasher, had me pay $180 for a part, said we needed to hire a GC to come remove floor boards to get washer out. Paid GC $100 to just pull washer out, said he had no idea why Ray couldn’t do it. Anyway, Ray was supposed to come 10-2, I called he said it would be 2-5, I called at 4, he said it would be two hours. At 8pm he said he was still coming. At 10pm said there was an accident on highway and couldn’t come. Next day, finally came out at 5pm (1-3pm “priority” window) and said it needed another part, that he would have overnighted. Said he would be out yesterday to fix, or if the part was late he would come today. I called today and he texted that he doesn’t work Sundays (even though he JUST said he would be here). My husband told him we’d be calling the BBB and he “lol”ed. Unfortunately I found reviews after the fact stating he’d done the exact same things to others. I’m so frustrated. I’m pregnant and just want my dishwasher to work after trying to get it fixed for a week. Please don’t use this guy- you will regret it! Service: Dishwasher repair
