**Warning** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It took the appraiser 9 weeks to complete the appraisal. David Whalley was a poor communicator, he missed countless deadlines, and he had emotional rhetoric towards the properties, miscommunications with lender, unable to reach him most days, had to resend him information several times.
Ive purchased many properties and used several different appraisers. This was a terrible experience. My bank has removed him from their list of allowed appraisers.

We would Recommend David and Staff to anyone, Even though they were very busy it was done in a timely manner and we received our copy in 5 days including Saturday and Sunday. Very nice and knowledgeable people.

Absolutely terrible appraisal company. Bad experience and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for work to be done. If your a bank or realtor do NOT use this company!

We are an out of state company and tried to get an appraisal completed from afar. Communication with "actual" appraisers was very difficult if you don't live in Tennessee. They only take hard copy checks which means if you're out of state you have to "snail mail" payments. They blamed us for miscommunication when they have you speak with 2 to 3 different people via email only and then blame you if things are mis-understood, clearly that's a recipe for disaster. I'm sure they aren't going to hurt from not having your business and they may even do good work....just be mindful if you're not actually "in" Tennessee.
