Foods good. Had to wait forever. I wonder what they do all day. Everytime you go through the drive thru they tel you to pull forward. They have nothing ready. Windows are dirty. The kindness of employees are used to make up for the amount of time waiting

I have rarely given 1 star reviews. But this particular visit earned one. 9:30am on a Saturday. No line, not busy, but still a three minute wait before anyone comes to the counter to take out order. A lady cooking hollered for another lady who was sitting out at the tables to come take our order. We ordered. Received food at 9:54am. Got one order wrong and left a drink off. I didn't tell them as no one was at the counter and it may have taken to long to fix the order so we just accepted it as is. I was on my way to a funeral and thought this would be a quick bite before the morning responsibilities. It could just have been an off morning. Maybe someone didn't show up? But if Saturday mornings are usually this way, perhaps find where the disconnect is and find a cost efficient way to fix it as you will ultimately lose customers if this service level is allowed to persist.

Had to wait long time for order and their was mayone other couple. Got chicken with kristals and chicken was overcooked.
