Stephanie, the owner was a very kind and a joy to deal with. Holly and Vickie did a WONDERFUL JOB cleaning the 2 story 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath and bonus room! Smelled glorious when they were done. They are locally owned/run small business and THAT IS SOMETHING WORTH SUPPORTING NOWADAYS MORE THAN EVER! Would HIGHLY reccomend and USE AGAIN! These girls WORK HARD FOR THE MONEY! As you can see in previous reviews, my husband gave them 5 Starts 5 months ago. I then referred Thoro Cleaning Solutions to my neighbors and they signed on as well. Several weeks ago I noticed that things were not being cleaned like they used to. We have a Ring doorbell system so I could see that the cleaners were here for just barely over an hour. I asked my neighbors if they were having problems with them too and she was quick to respond yes! We communicated with Stephanie the problems were were noticing and she was apologetic. We asked her to not send the same team next time. Two weeks later, the same ladies were back to clean. They said they knew we'd asked them not to come again but they were short staffed. My husband was home during the cleaning and had to specifically ask them to clean areas that they had not done. Upon their leaving I noticed a large dried blood spot on the hallway floor. (from our dog being in heat) Still unhappy, but hopeful that Stephanie could work out the problems with her team we gave them one last shot. Before our cleaning today my husband texted Stephanie and asked her to make sure they mopped the upstairs bathrooms and hallways. Once again, the staff member that we asked not to return was present at our clean today. They did not mop upstairs, and it looks like the only thing they did in my son's room was make the bed. When my husband called Stephanie she was quick to defend her staff. We sent pictures of the dirty spots and she became short and accusatory, saying she had no problems with any other clients. Thoro Cleaning lost 2 houses this week and rather than address the issue they choose to accuse the customer. We'll find another company that takes pride in their work and values their reputation.
