We paid over 6 thousand dollars and this floor is almost 3 years old. We have brown electrical tape in several places just to hold the flooring down. There are pieces sticking up so bad my kids have caught them with their feet and chipped them up. There's a huge hump at the top of the stairs that's there all year long and it's also chipped. Worst install I've ever seen. Before the installer was done I called the office to request another installer to come out and they refused to send another person and said they can't have anyone fix another installer's mess ups. Even the solid wood nose at the top of the stairs was cut way out of wack and he tried to put putty in it and leave it. The office told me I had talk to the installer about fixing things which he addressed some things and other things I had to point out several times. We bought 2 extra boxes of flooring because they advised us to but the installer used up all our extra fixing stuff. The installer beat some prices so tight it split the ends where they lock together. In our original quote we told them we wanted a smooth transition from the hallway into the kitchen but when it came time for the tear out they then told us it would cost an extra 3.0 a foot to tear out the kitchen. Within a year by the refrigerator a piecestarted coming up above the surrounding flooring and we didn't notice until one our kids caught it with their foot and chipped it, when I called they refused to fix it because they claimed it didn't look like an installation problem. Even though it was under warranty. They didn't replace our EXTRA flooring we bought to keep after their installer mad so many mistakes that he had to use up everything we had. It's just gotten worse and worse since then. There's holes in between the flooring pieces so there's no water it's waterproof. We got high quality flooring too. The floor looks so bad that it's embarrassing to have company over because of it. The shoe mold is falling off in several places. The people in the office were friendly but beyond that it's the worst experience I've ever had with any work I've had done to our house and I've had a driveway , new siding and windows put in. We went with one of the higher quotes thinking it would be better quality but no. Would not recommend and if you use them inspect every square inch of the flooring. This was and still is very disappointing everyday. Our over 6 thousand dollar floor looks horrible in several places. I would love for them to fix the issues that stem from the installation

I contacted H&H Flooring about installing LVP in place of carpet in three rooms in my house. Everyone I communicated with via phone and email (Brandi, Maddie, and Bill) were all incredibly friendly and professional. Schedules didn't initially align, mostly due to my availability. Once I had availability, we set a time to for H&H to perform the install the week before Christmas. The demo crew came the first day and took up all of the carpet and padding. They were polite, quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The next day the installation crew came to perform the LVP installation. Again, very polite, quick, and efficient. They completed the install in one day and cleaned up after their work was complete. There were some small items that needed touching up after the install was completed. I communicated with H&H, and we scheduled for the week after New Year's to get those items tended to. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with H&H and everyone I worked with. The office staff and the on-site crews were all polite and professional. If I have need for more flooring work, H&H has earned my repeat business.
