everything went wrong with this company. They charge you $99.00 a month and nothing gets done, and when it does it is poor quality and very unprofessional. They are literally holding my web site hostage because I have refused to pay for work that was never done.

This company is for sure running a scam, I paid for a new website design which was supposed to be complete in two weeks. The work was terrible. This was 3 months ago and they will not return my calls. John Stroud

Started a website with this company who said they could do everything as I wanted, and even gave examples of other websites with similar features. They made promises that they could not keep. Then demanded more money to complete? Absolute scam !!! Don't waste your money and time.

My web has just been published and I am very happy. Simple Biz is very reasonably priced and I find them very professional. Unlike many other business during the pandemic, Simple Biz was super responsive. I always got a very quick response and my issues were always quickly resolved. Konnor was great and very patient, which was great as I do not know anything about web design. I am constantly asking for additions and they get quickly taken care of. Thank you Simple Biz.
