    Wholesale Jewelers has provided us with several years of great service & beautiful jewelry. Heidi helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring for me, they always service my jewelry w/o a question. We buy gifts for our family here too, and we will always be a customer. Thanks for being an amazing example of how customer service should be! Truly amazing to do service with!

    This is pretty much your standard jewelry store for the most part. They've marked the merchandise up to a high price, then back down to make it look like you're getting a good deal. Some of the items are priced very reasonably, but not most. Be careful, however, should you decide to shop here. They have a limited selection and will be extremely courteous when selling an item, but should you need to have it serviced don't waste your time. Once they have their money they don't have the same courteous attitude anymore and suddenly become extremely incompetent. I got the idea that since I wasn't spending any more money at that moment they no longer had the desire to perform the services promised when I bought the item. After waiting 30 minutes for them to finally tell me they couldn't do the service, I took it to a different store (Variety Jewelers). They were extremely pleasant to work with and had the service done in under 60 seconds. I would suggest going to any other store other than this one. There are several in the area, all of which will give you better service in the long run. *Update - for clarification, the repair was attempted on a Saturday, and the store is closed on Sundays. If the watch would have been available the next day, it would have been acceptable (as explained to the owner, this was a gift to be given on Sunday). This is a prime example of the misleading information you will receive from this store. My "rudeness" was in response to the owner telling me that there was nothing he could do to help me and brushing me off because I wasn't purchasing anything that day. With several jewelers in the area, offering to call and see if a person that could perform the repair was nearby and/or offering to pay for the service that couldn't be performed would have also been a step in the right direction. Sadly, the owner decided to offer no customer service or assistance outside of his own limited abilities.

    Benjamin bought a Citizen watch from us and we were pleased and thankful that he chose Wholesale Jewelers. Our goal is to make all our customers happy in the hope that they will consider us for all their jewelry needs. Unfortunately, there are times when a customer can not be satisfied even when we give it our best. This was the case with Ben. He bought a watch from us several weeks prior and needed links taken out. This is a fair request. We allow our jeweler to do this but he was not on location when Ben came in. It is true that he waited 30 minutes while we tried to remove the screws to take out some links. After 30 minutes we asked if would leave his watch so the jeweler could correctly do the job. Ben would have his watch available the next day for pick up. Ben was not pleased with our fair and reasonable request and became unnecessarily arrogant and rude to myself and my staff. We are very much sorry that we did not make Benjamin happy. Our goal is to please our customers by providing great products and great prices. In the end, our well meaning desire to provide professional service to please Ben was deemed unacceptable in his view. We have never had a situation in the past which led a customer to respond in print so poorly of our inventory, service, quality of product all in one paragraph. Our conclusion is we displayed and responded to Ben's rudeness to us with an effort to satisfy and please him and in all our reasonable attempts he still left unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. Irregardless of this description of the events, we are sorry a customer left unhappy.
