        Initially the Service tech seemed polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and the price for the FIRST service was affordable. But soon thereafter, he began grossly inflating the prices and Overcharged me for several services, that I ultimately had to call another company to come out and repair. When I questioned the tech about it, he got loud and defensive. I Spent thousands of dollars with this company and all I got was money and time wasted. Im very disappointed in AnM Mechanical.

        I have been using A & M Mechanical Service for over 20 years for all my AC/Heating needs. Everyone is professional and courteous. Have not had any concerns with installations or services. Have been treated fairly and they have been responsive in every situation. as a side note - two days before my daughter's wedding the AC was stolen from my church - this company worked non-stop to get a new AC installed and up and running for her wedding! talk about service!

        A&M Mechanical is the best HVAC company Ive hired in my 30+ years in Nashville. They are straight up, straight talking, look you in the eye honest folks. They dont overcharge and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. I am not blowing smoke. These are the kind of people you just hope will show up at your door when you need help.         I had a friend recommend A&M Mechanical to me when I noticed my air wasn't cooling after switching from heat to AC. I was impressed with their service throughout the entire experience. They sent someone out the same day to check for the issue, and then quickly provided me with the options and prices. I ended up having a new indoor and outdoor AC unit installed. For such a high dollar and unanticipated purchase, their service made this process much more stress-free. Aaron was great in communicating the scheduling, explaining the process, and answering all of my questions. The installation team was also very professional and kind which I greatlyappreciated.
