WARNING- Do not pay these guys until they are COMPLETELY finished with the job.
My wife and I used these guys for a project at our residence and were super disappointed with their professionalism. We asked for a large tree in our backyard to be cut down and pulled back a few feet in to the woods behind our house. They were able to take the tree down, but were unable to move it back when it started to rain heavily, leaving it in a large pile along our fence line. Before heading out, they told me that I could reach back out and they would be happy to come drag it further into the woods if needed.
The first time I asked them to come back, they agreed to come by “the next time they were in the area.” After several weeks, we still had not heard from them, so I followed up. When I asked them a second time, they stated that we never had that agreement, and that they had only agreed to come back out to “be nice” since we had already paid them in full for the job (since they proposed coming back out, we took them at their word that they would.) When I disagreed with them about our understanding of the agreement, they proceeded to become defensive and stated that they would not come out to finish the job.
If you decide to use them, make sure that you get the job in writing before they begin, and don’t pay them until the job is done to your satisfaction.
