I have been going to this location for 10 plus years and have spent a whole lot of money through the years and today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I took my 3 year old grandson for Christmas and his 3 year pictures and the lady who took the pictures was not good at her job. The energy was lack there of. I was actually setting up the props and after just a few pictures, I cut the session off and proceeded to view what pictures we had. The energy from her was nothing short of cold. Then I was told that the one and only picture that was good, that I could not get a canvas of it. It was at that point I got very upset and just went with the $29.99 package special. I usually spend $250 to $300 and walk out with wonderful pictures. This was definitely not the experience I have had in the past and I will be looking for a new place in the future.
