The Alfords are amazing!! I lost my home to the March 2020 tornado and required a full rebuild. Upon my first meeting with Don & Jordon, I had a feeling these were the guys. No attitude or impression they were doing me any favors by meeting with me, like I felt with some other GCs. From the initial quote (Which they supplied w/in 1 week), to all the steps moving forward with ground breaking, permits, etc, it was one of the best experiences I could have ever had, considering the situation I was in. If I had any ideas about things I wanted, I'd discuss it with Don or Mark, and they'd be honest about it, if it wasn't a good idea, why it wouldn't work or be recommended, etc. I ended up with a home that I love and in a timely manner. Less than 5 months for me to move in. To add to it, their great work allowed me to win a Historic Preservation Award for the build!!! I think I was the 1st new build in E. Nashville to move in, as a result of the tornado. Don't bother calling anyone else, these are the guys. All future builds, additions, or the like, I'll be calling them, and if I have to wait, I'll do it.
