First time sellers . Beth was dependable, communicative, took on issues behind the scenes and once resolved let us know what it was and that it was solved, and knowledgeable about any topic we needed answered. As first time sellers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process or what to expect or prepare. Beth walked us through every single thing, doing things above and beyond what we even expected to make sure our home was marketed to the very best of her ability. We recently recently sold our property in Middlesboro, KY. The property we were selling, required someone that had experience marketing distressed properties, and also had the available resources to take care of any issues required before listing the property for sale. Beth quickly resolved all of those issues and ensured the property was ready for market.
During the marketing process, communication with Beth is excellent. She kept us informed throughout. We received multiple offers on the property.
