I called A1 this am and they were out by 12 noon fixing the problem. They pumped both septic tanks, and I felt fair on the price and even took into consideration 2 tanks in same location on the bill. I would use them again.

Call and made appointment. Never showed up and didn’t call. Could not get any response.

Had them come pump our septic tank and that went fantastic. Came out quick and got it done, however during that process they managed to cut a water hose in half and about a week after we noticed a leak right below where they were digging. They have since been back and said they would talk to the boss about it and see what to do then never contacted us again.

They came to my mother in law's house because we didn't know when it was pumped. They had to dig to find the septic tank, but they found it, pumped it and left our yard like nothing had been there. A very nice company that is reputable, timely, and always treat their customers like family!!!!!
