While Geoff is doing good, I liked doing business with his father Mike over the years better, i guess thats a generation gap. However ,Erie Insurance that happens to be one of the companies he sells policies for is a different story, they have supposedly policies i have never heard of, and they bill you after you change to a different insurance company , even after the date of coverage shown on your policy has ended, then they want proof of your insurance by faxing or sending electronic copy of your new policy . I feel like its none of Erie's business who i change insurance to, but they billed me for 3 months after the effective date shown on my house ,and cars. Now tne collecton agency is sending me bills even though my date or coverage showed Nov 14th, they billed me for coverage through Jan , even though i went to a different agent and company on NOV 5th, Thats the reason for 2 star, Geoff could not show me in my policies, nor anything in a contract that i signed that coverage continued after policy date became ineffective. There is over 300 complaints on BBB website of ERIE Insurance, and one is mine.

we had a very good experience with campbell insurance.they have a sincere interest in our insurance needs. very professional but still very friendly.. We recommend Campbell to everyone.

I had a claim in April and only recently finished with it. This team was wonderful through the lumber shortage, ordering a door that took 8 to 10 weeks to come in and in the support they showed over and over.

In a storm, my family lost our picnic shelter in June of this year. We are so thankful for the friendship of Kevin Bolton and mourn his passing, not only was he a great man, and friend, he was the BEST insurance agent. Thank you for all the follow up, we are still cleaning up the mess the storm made when the trees destroyed our building. You guys are a great team, the adjuster has followed up with us. We are very pleased!!
