NOT NICE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Took multiple visits to fix minor problem. They do good repair work I will admit. Treated us like liars and second class citizens I believe because we are single women who rent. Accused us of lying about how often we change our filters (they are changed weekly). And took photos to our landlord without explaining anything to us and blamed our dog's hair for the issues. The dog that has lived here 6 years and the unit was cleaned 2 years prior without dog hair found. Maybe doesn't like renters (what?why?). Sounds like a grudge but we do not even know this "part time" preacher or these people. They did not seem concerned that an 85 year old on oxygen had no a/c with a 95 degree heat index. I surely do not recommend for us but perhaps if you aren't a single lady or "renter" you'll be treated with some respect! We absolutely weren't!!
