        My husband called and made an appointment for a locksmith to come out today. The lady said someone would be here within an hr. Two hrs later, my husband called back when no one showed up and was told the service had been canceled by the locksmith, and transferred him to a number that could help only to be told there were no locksmiths available at the present time in our area. They never called, emailed, text, or used any form of communication to let my husband know the locksmith had canceled the appointment. Thats bad business!! My husband ended up using Mobile Key Shop, who did an excellent job! They arrived within 45 min and took maybe 3 min to do the job, and cost $31 less than the price Key Me would have charged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Key Me! I do however highly recommend Mobile Key Shop!!!!
