No one was there and they never called me back

There were some pretty big lies told when we bought the house from penny woodson. when we could not make the payment 5 years later the original seller recommended we use him again to avoid foreclosure. he sent someone to powerwash the house to prepare for sale and as you can see fro the photos he stripped the stain and left wand marks everywhere. when i contacted them there was no answer so we decided to not use him for additional repairs obviously, and penny was upset he wouldn't be able to contract more work and discouraged the owner from his original offer and forced us into foreclosure. he also took the entire funds we had in an account for the repairs and did not refund the money that was not used. when asked why, he said i would have to take it up with the powerwashing guy he sent but i do not know this person and dont know how to do that. very polite people upfront but also very dishonest and vindictive in my opinion and hopefully you will not have the headaches and issues that i have had with his business..
