I love this pharmacy the people there really care about your prescriptions you need. They are very friendly.

I have only been to Corley's a few times. Mostly the interactions have been cordial. This last time, however, was treated with great disrespect. My husband needed a compound and was informed, by Corely's, that they do not bill insurance but that he could file for reimbursement through his insurance. fine. So, upon speaking to his insurance, we got a form that we needed to complete. One section of the form required information from the pharmacist. I took the form in and asked. The young male pharmacist handed back to me simply saying, "here you go" as if it complete, and I thanked him for his time. As I was leaving I noticed he did not complete the information nor did he sign it. Could have been a simple oversight. As I walked back into the store he quickly said, "I'm not signing it." We had a short conversation for the whole store to hear; including me trying to explain we were simply following their instructions for possible reimbursement. He had all the paperwork in front of him and could not grasp that. I don't understand why he didn't just over to the consult station when he gave me the paperwork and explain rather than handing it back like it was complete. The fact that he tried to shame in front of the whole store is reason enough for me to never step foot in that pharmacy again.
