Dr Moore is a good doctor, however her nurse has no bedside manners. I had been calling the office several times to make an appointment with no luck because the phone was not being answered. After several attempts I just went to my PCP. I still had to be seen by an obgyn due to a condition that I have, so I decided to just go to the office in person since no one was answering the phone. I went inside and made the appointment and asked the front desk why they dont answer the phone. They denied not answering, and a few hours later I received a call from dr. Moores nurse. She argued with me that she had called me and I did not answer, which is not true. Then she said the front desk called to schedule an appointment, and said that I should have called and spoke with her to make an appointment. Why would I call to speak to a nurse to make an appointment? I called the front desk, and as stated earlier when I called they did not answer. She would not listen and was very argumentative. I feel like as a care provider that you should listen to patient concerns and not go back and forth with them about their experiences and concerns. She is very rude!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. So I called to make an appointment! I have been in search of an OBGYN for a while. My previous OBGYN retired Dr. Samual Simha . I was denied services here because the office manager said back in 2018 I scheduled an appointment back with a Physician on white station rd another doctors office thats in the MOGA network and was a no call no show. The office manager name is Amy Carter said MOGA policy is to band people to be seen at any gynecologist specialist in the network for no call no show in her words. I can never be seen by any doctor in the network because I was a no call no show in 2018. 7 years ago! I would really like to understand how can this be possible. I truly believe if I was any color other than black I wouldnt have been denied services.
