As a new patient, I gladly waited a few months for my first visit, but my second appointment was very easy to make. What a great experience to see a physician who listens to what I say, answers all of my questions, and addresses my concerns.

Always great care with Dr. Overby and Baptist Medical Group. I join this organization in wishing Nurse Betty a wonderful and rewarding retirement. She has certainly earned it by years of dedicated service.

On March 20, 2024, I had a doctor's appointment at 8040 Wolf River Blvd Suite 200. As a new patient, I experienced an unexpected delay, waiting over an hour before anyone attended to me in the room. This prolonged wait was unfamiliar to me and felt discourteous, especially considering the advancements in modern technology that could help in scheduling appointments efficiently and avoiding such long wait times. Consequently, I informed the front office receptionist of my decision to leave and subsequently received a phone call from the office, which I chose not to answer. I have decided not to return because I believe it's essential for doctors to respect their patients' time. Despite only having my weight and vitals checked, I did not meet Dr. Wener personally. Unfortunately, due to this delay, my sinus infection worsened, requiring me to seek urgent care the following day. Consequently, I have decided not to visit any Baptist Memorial Group clinics in the future.
