We used Katy at the Container Store to design a better use of space for our kitchen pantry, and it's amazing! I really didn't think we could store any more items, but after the installation I have more space using the same footprint - no construction! AND I can see everything so much better. It's very efficient, and the quality of materials used is impressive. Well worth the expense! Highly recommend Katy for closet design. She was GREAT!

I bought an Elfa system for my shop. I picked it up at the store because I live an hour away so the install I had to do myself. Pick up is smooth and easy. Instructions for the install are found online. I printed those off, however each piece (drawer, shelf, etc had its own section of instructions, so you had to search for those. I think the process would be easier if the instructions were printed out and included just like all the parts are included. Some things can be installed next to each other and share a brace but others cannot share a brace. I also did not have a copy of the original design included in the pick up. I can’t for the life of me find the one (I think they printed it off)when it was designed. None of the instructions have what the little plastic parts are for. I know they are for covering the edges and end pieces and some I have figured out but have some I don’t know where they go. I will be adding drawers and shelves to it this week and am loving the amount it holds. Even with the confusion at first. It is so worth the expense.

WOW!! What a difference it makes when the right people do the right job - and correctly the first time!
Same amount of space and about 4 times the amount of room then before.
I went to the Container Store, was pleasantly surprised at the design process. But, it was the installation process that was most impressive.
The two young men had my system installed and ready for use in less than five hours.
There was a little hiccup in the measurement of the ceiling height, but the two young installers were able to accommodate for it one the fly with no issues.
I love my ELFA system and if I had a second master closet, I would do it all over again! Service: Refurbishment

I had four closet systems installed that I purchased from the store. Great communication throughout the process and I am very pleased with my new closets. Cole, the installer did a great job. He was professional, courteous and respectful of both my time and belongings. I absolutely love my new closets.
