I would give it zero stars if I could. The mismanagement of this place is ridiculous. You wait hours to get in, hours to do the sky coaster and hours to leave. They will just sell as many tickets as possible but cannot handle the amount of guests so when you want to leave you are trapped at the top of the mountain freezing waiting 2 hours in a line to get out. Miserable experience. I would pay to not have this experience.

What a magical place! This was our first visit and we loved it so much we bought season passes. 💕
If you should buy the season passes check out all the discounts and such that come with it. Also, the food and shopping is not really over priced like some places. They are very reasonable. And I found a lot of presents, so holiday visits are a must! Just wish the rides had option for fast passes or something to that affect. We will be back. . . A LOT!

Great experience, but probably only if you have young kids (5 and 8 year old loved all the kids play areas and the gem mining). The view made it worth it for us adults. If you go, go later in the afternoon to get the view and to enjoy the lights at night. Make sure you purchase the express tickets online so you don’t have to wait in line. Clifftop restaurant was really good - put your name on the wait list early cause it’s an hour wait!

Really long line to get to the top only to stand in really long lines to access any of the attractions. Very expensive to really not get to do anything. We paid extra to ride their alpine coaster, which was cool, but we waited 2 hours to do that. We had to wait an additional hour and a half to get back down the mountain. Very disappointing, expensive and tiring.
