Serenity Counseling & Mediation Center

If I lived in this area, I'd visit this Counseling center solely off how top notch their customer service team is. I spoke with Stephanie today over a minor billing issue (wasn't this businesses fault), and Stephanie spent her time reassuring me and walking me through what she thought the best steps would be to fix this problem. Again, if I lived in this area, this is a place I'd like to experience due to their team showing they care and friendliness truly goes a long way. Thanks for the help, Stephanie!

I am so grateful my family found this business and I cant say enough about Ardita! She is calm, patient, positive, professional, a great listener and empathetic. I wouldnt be where I am now, without her and neither would my family. I find myself regularly referencing things shes told me, or conversations weve had..and Ive been out of her care for over a year now. Ive had a few counselors since, so I feel that I can say Ardita has absolutely been one of the best. Thank you to all of Serenity Counseling!

This business does not care about your mental health. Waited 3 weeks to get started and then they canceled and wanted me to wait another week. Their new office staff does not listen to your schedule needs and try to make you feel like you are a liar when in fact I proved to the office manager she lied and she couldnt even apologize! The office manager defends the incompetent office staff and does not care about you as a client at all!
