Derek took the time to answer many questions and several phone calls. The staff helped me get everything loaded. I would be able to get my business up and running without people willing to help like the folks at Ccis.

Ordered a powder booth in Apr 2021 - received in mid September due to supplier issues which is understandable. We were able to set it up in late Oct to find out that it was wired for 480 when specifically requested 220. We had an electrician get it semi functional but were missing an overload to properly run the booth. Was promised it will be here in 10 days, over a month and half goes by with nothing. A follow up says they forgot to order it and it will be at their facility in a week. Another month goes by with nothing, after many promised dates I reached out to the GM who said the part hasn't even shipped yet and it will be shipping directly to us tomorrow which contradicts everything the salesman has told us. I suppose if you're not spending six figures with this company their customer service is trash. Ken Taylor has lied to us over and over again and he we are almost a year later with the booth half operational. Trash company, trash customer service.
