        I visited the Cool Springs White House Black Market store today. I purchased a pair of jeans that shrunk after washing in cold water they were hung to dry. ORTENE was working. She was the RUDEST and a Miss know it allsales person I have ever encountered anywhere in my lifetime. She said I needed a larger, asked me to go in the dressing room to try on the jeans I was returning. I decided it was best to leave the store with my refund in hand. I will never visit the Cool Springs store if she'sWorking. I've shopped at Green Hills for years without ever a incident. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. All she needed to do was exchange the jeans with the stiff non forgiving waistband. ORTENE!!! YOU WORK AT THE MALL AND YOU EAT AT THE Mall!Check yourself and take your Rude attitude home
