i went to face pace in union city tenn, sore throat, coughing, head ache, guess cold, no shot, no antibiotic,just a z-pack, paid office visit just for a z-pack, called back, said do not charge me for office visit, said to late ,already filed you social security! the one in charge need to be let go. i could have went to a walmart employee and got the same answer, they need to be fired , i hace never been treated this way

Fast paced did so wrong i have  ins and they would not even see me unless i gave them credit card for file they charged 150.00 out of my vank trying 2 say i did not have ins coverage ???? Had same ins over 2 yrs and urgent care is o copay thet know tgey wrong 4 that i will not b back and whoever commenting these smart remarks back to me and younwork corporate shame on u half a star  dont even deserve a whole star

On Saturday Nov. 12 I took my mom to Fast Pace. Big mistake. What is going on here. Everyone was rude from front desk to the cna who tool my bp was hateful as hell. They were condescending and talked very rudely to us. Like they were doing us a favor . We pay their paychecks so why act like this. When her name was called she did not want to go back alone because she was made to fell "less than" not a good way to treat people Kingsport. Thought you all were better than that!!

Belinda at the front desk is rude and condescending. After proving I entered my son's info correctly, I asked how to prevent issues going forward. Belinda's response Enter the name correctly the first time. Totally disregarding the proof I showed her. Later Leah stated they have been having system issues. The only reason they have the wrong name for my son is because he checked himself in one time. The front desk person at the time saw what he did and informed him he needs to enter his legal name when checking in. Only time wrong name was submitted. Ignorant rude and condescending like I don't know what I named my son. Now going to insist they use the legal first name and correct them every time they say it wrong.

Appointment made on 12/19/2022 while at clinic to be seen on 12/20/2022. Arrived on 12/20/2022 @ 0957 for 10am Appointment. Checked in with receptionist Amy. I was reassured by provider on 12/19/2022 visit that I would be placed ahead of all walkin appointments due to having appointment made. At 1035 spoke with receptionist Amy who reassured me everyone in waiting room had appointments as well. Amy did not inform me nor anyone else that provider was running behind. Fast Care website Portland, TN location checked at 1037 and states Urgent Care under 35 minutes. During my extended wait time, no other people waiting to be seen had a "life threatening emergency" nor required "immediate medical attention". Amy was training another employee during my wait time. Amy explained that she lives in Scottsville, KY, has a boyfriend, and where he drives for work. This to me is an example of not utilizing work time appropriately. Perhaps I could have been provided with care if Amy wasn't neglecting her job duties. No type of compassion, care, or better yet Privacy was provided or given which is a HIPPA violation. Due to the unfortunate circumstance that care is required I will no longer use Fast Pace Clinic or recommend their services to anyone who values their time and respect for privacy.
