        Always good food but this location has not had grilled items the last several times we have visited.

        I waited in line for about 20 minutes with absolutely no movement. When I finally made it up to the speaker to place my order I waited another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I watched as two cars in front of me pulled forward. I said hello into the speaker. The person taking orders very rudely said just hold on. I left the line immediately and purchased lunch elsewhere. The person taking orders is in desperate need of training to deal with customers and busy times effectively.

        Waited in drive thru for 10 mins without it moving at all,inside store was closed,most businesses adapt and improve their drive thrus.sad to say this store has not,too bad i really like their fish

      At our Franklin, TN location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
